We then did a personality type test to see which jobs might be suited to our personal skill set:
Individual traits: Extraverted – 75%, Intuitive – 58%, Feeling – 60%, Prospecting – 58%, Turbulent – 57%
Role: Diplomat
Strategy: Social Engagement
"The Campaigner personality is a true free spirit. They are often the life of the party, but unlike types in the Explorer Role group, Campaigners are less interested in the sheer excitement and pleasure of the moment than they are in enjoying the social and emotional connections they make with others. Charming, independent, energetic and compassionate, the 7% of the population that they comprise can certainly be felt in any crowd."
The personality type means that I am good with client interaction and have an abundance of creative energy but may not be suited to my structured and managerial roles yet. I feel this is a fairly true analysis of myself and I am really enjoying just getting as much creative work out as possible but perhaps struggling to focus on overarching aims.
